We had a great time!

Camper Site was a concept desgined during covid to create a spacious covid-safe environment to get outside and enjoy times with family.

In our most recent edition on the 2nd-5th of June 2022, we had a great time celebrating the Queens Platinum Jubilee.

Pitch Size and Layout

We’ll direct you to a camping area you’ve chosen where you can choose a space of no more than 10m x 10m per pitch and ask you to stick to this. This gives you plenty of space for your vehicle and any awnings/tents that may need to go up for you and your family. When arriving we ask that you keep a space of 2 car widths (about 5m) between you and another pitch, unless they are part of your group and camping with you.

Camping Areas

We’ll have three camping areas, all with plenty of space.

  • Family - Noise curfew of 10pm for families with young children and those who prefer quiet.

  • General - Noise curfew of midnight for older families who’d like to stay up a bit later.

  • Accessible - Please have your blue badge on display. Marked out pitches 10m x 10m close to the amenities.

Entertainment

There is plenty to see and do at Camper Site. Whilst we pride ourselves on a relaxed and chilled atmosphere, there’s sill lots going on!
Disco Shed will be spinning tunes all weekend long, so pop over for a dance and a garden game or two. Plus pop up musicians across the weekend over on our acoustic stage - best served with a pint of something you fancy!
With no strict schedule, Camper Site is the perfect event to walk about, grab a drink, something to eat and enjoy what you find.

Our music ends at 11pm with last orders at 10:30pm.

Food and Drink

Leave the BBQ behind and support the best street food vendors around. We have some amazing food and drink for you on site.

Please bring a contactless payment card with you to use on the day as preferred to cash and maintain social distancing whilst queuing.

If you do wish to bring your own food. Fitted gas stoves inside vans can be used as well as gas stoves and gas BBQs raised onto tables or stands. Any cooking below table height is not allowed. Please do not take a barbecue inside a camper van, tent, or similar; in addition to the fire risk a barbecue gives off carbon-monoxide which can be fatal if inhaled.

Pets

You are welcome to bring well behaved four legged family members but please keep them with you, on a lead at all times and of course clean up any of their mess.

Toilets and facilities

There will be plenty of portable toilets as well as toilet blocks along the main tracks with hand sanitation stations outside of each. Our team of seasoned professionals have a thorough and regular cleaning routine.

If you prefer to bring your own portable toilet or have one as part of your camper, there’ll be elsan disposal points next to each toilet block.

We will have a shower block on site.
Please maintain social distancing while queuing and ideally avoid the peak time of first thing in the morning. The showers will be open throughout the day and cleaned regularly. There will be a hand sanitisation station outside for use before and after a shower. Tip: Avoid the queues and get your shower in the afternoon!

There will be water points available in each camping area.

Electric Hookups

Weston Park is a beautiful, Capability Brown landscaped estate spanning over 1000 acres. As such it doesn’t have the infrastructure for electric hookups without costly diesel generators. I’m afraid we just can’t offer electric hookups so please bring your battery packs and live a little off grid. Thanks :)

Waste

We want to keep the grounds as beautiful as they were when we arrived. Please bring bin bags with you to either take rubbish away with you or for you to dispose of in the waste bins provided next to each of the toilet blocks.

Health, Hygiene and Safety

Hygiene

These grounds will have previously been used by grazing sheep and although there is a gap between them grazing and you camping there may still be some droppings left behind. If you or your children do come into contact, please wash your hands thoroughly and use hand sanitiser which is located outside of each toilet block.

First Aid and Security

We have a first aid team on site 24 hours next to the food and drink area. When on site we have two emergency contact numbers below.

These numbers are NOT for general enquiries and for important matters only.
