Entry and Departure
Our entrance and exit is completely contact free. Ideally have your e-ticket printed and on your dashboard at all times during your stay, we will scan this and your vehicle registration when you arrive.
Entry times are 12 noon until 8pm each day, arrivals outside of these times will be refused for safety reasons.
Once entered, vehicle movement is not allowed overnight between 8pm and 7am.
Please turn all engines off outside of these times.
You must leave no later than 12 noon on your checkout day. You can leave a little later on Sunday at 4pm.
Please follow signs to your chosen camping area where a steward will direct you.
Pitch Size and Layout
We’ll direct you to a camping area you’ve chosen where you can choose a space of no more than 10m x 10m per vehicle and ask you to stick to this. This gives you plenty of space for your vehicle and any awnings/tents that may need to go up for you and your family. When arriving we ask that you keep a space of 2 car widths (about 5m) between you and another pitch, unless they are part of your ‘support bubble’ and camping with you.
Covid Guidance - Health, Hygiene and Safety
As restrictions ease it is still important we maintain a cautious approach, the event has been planned with social distancing in mind and there will be enhanced cleaning onsite. We are looking forward to welcoming you onsite, but for the safety of others please do not attend if you have symptoms of Covid 19, have had a positive test result or have had recent close contact with someone with COVID-19 (and are therefore required to self-isolate).
Not showing symptoms?
We do ask that all visitors take part in the free NHS lateral flow testing service and take a rapid (Lateral Flow Device) test 3-4 days before attending, followed by a second in the 24 hours before attending. You can order a free testing kit delivered to your door at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. You can also find on this website, locations where you can collect a test kit before you arrive, such as one of the testing sites in your area.
There is no requirement to send us proof of a negative test.
Hygiene
These grounds will have previously been used by grazing sheep and although there is a gap between them grazing and you camping there may still be some droppings left behind. If you or your children do come into contact, please wash your hands thoroughly and use hand sanitiser which is located outside of each toilet block.
Face Masks
As Camper Site is mostly outdoors there are currently no rules requiring face coverings to be worn however some indoor facilities may require a face mask.
First Aid
We have a first aid team on site 24 hours next to the food and drink area.
Lake
The lake at Ragley is not suitable for swimming and therefore it is prohibited. Only activities organised and paid for by our lake activity provided are allowed on the lake. You are not allowed to take your own craft on the lake.
Food and Drink
Leave the BBQ behind, leave the cooking to someone else and support some of the very best independent street food vendors around! We have some seriously impressive food and drink for you catering for all tastes on site including a full service bar with draught lager, IPA and Cider.

If using a disposable BBQ then please wait until it has cooled down completely before disposing of it in a bin.

You are welcome to bring well behaved four legged family members but please keep them with you, on a lead at all times and of course clean up any of their mess. There are specific bins provided for dog waste.

We will have a shower block on site located close to the food and drink area toilet block.
Please maintain social distancing while queuing and ideally avoid the peak time of first thing in the morning. The showers will be open throughout the day and cleaned regularly. There will be a hand sanitisation station outside for use before and after a shower. Tip: Avoid the queues and get your shower in the afternoon!
There will be water points available in each camping area.
Electric Hookups
Camper Site is a temporary pop-up camp site, located in the beautiful grounds of stately homes. As such doesn’t have the infrastructure for electric hookups without costly diesel generators. I’m afraid we just can’t offer electric hookups so please bring your battery packs and live a little off grid. Thanks :)
